08.00 Arrive Red Jet terminal in Cowes to be met by a member of the crew
Make your way to Southampton Red Jet terminal for the 8.00 sailing to Cowes. If you are travelling by car there is an overflow car park clearly signposted to the east of the terminal (about 5 mins walk). Please be aware that this is likely to be a busy ferry and may be full if arriving close to departure.

08.15 Breakfast with the crew
You will arrive in Cowes at about 8.20 and be met by a member of the Amey Love Shack crew. We will take you to the crew house for some breakfast and to talk you through the day's activity. You will be welcome to leave any baggage there.

09.00 Pre-race briefing on-board Love Shack
We will get to the boat for around 9.00 and prepare for the day's racing, leaving the dockside no later than 9.30.

10.30 Race Start
We like to have at least an hour before the start of the race to practice a few manoeuvres and talk you through your positions on the boat. The race proper will start at 10.30 and will probably be finished at around 3.30

15.30 Race de-brief and lunch
We don't tend to eat too much during the race, but we will have plenty of water and snacks on board and a light lunch is prepared for the post race de-brief.

16.00 Bar and entertainment
After racing we tend to congregate in the bar area. There is plenty of atmosphere and entertainment and we hope you will be able to stay for at least a while to relax with us after the day.
